A day for your Wellies
I was just talking about wearing my Wellies yesterday during that torrential downpour. Then I got flooded with e-mails asking "What's a Wellie?" Well, remember the Morton Salt girl? She wore Wellies. They're rubber boots or also known as galoshes. Here's a site with more on Wellies.

What a day in Hollywood. It rained, no I should say it poured 3 times total yesterday. I have 4 gallon buckets I collect water in and I collected 5 gallons of water yesterday with all that rain that fell. What an interesting way to conserve on water wouldnt you say. My husband and I have talked about putting in a systurn, (spelling??) to collect water during the rainy season and use it for the plants when needed in the off season.
